I have been visiting the clinic for about 1 year now. I initially went in on a family recommendation. Years of handyman/construction work, dog grooming, and other physically strenuous work, along with getting hit by am inexperienced driver in a snow storm, finally caught up to me and I could hardly move. I’ve also suffered for years with debilitating headaches that medication simply didn’t help. I was down right miserable. On my first appointment I felt relief and realized there really is something to this! In addition to adjustments, at each visit I also receive a light targeted massage and ultrasound treatment. I also have been given instruction on how to help myself strengthen my spine, correct my posture, and so further alleviate my pain. After several appointments that were close together, to get my bones back in place and my body feeling better, Doctor Thompson recommended pushing my appointments farther and farther apart. I continue to have an adjustment about once a month now, and have continued to have major relief especially with my back, neck, and hip pain. Treatments have also practically eliminated my migraine headaches that used to get so bad they would disable me completely. I highly recommend Tooele Valley Spine Center! Every member of the staff is professional, friendly, and excellent, the facility is always clean and comfortable, and every time I visit I leave feeling relaxed and pain free!
